Responsibilities
負責管理公司餐廳的營運；協助餐廳營銷以達致提升業績；協助編寫餐單以迎合不同層面客人需要；與客人聯繫及溝通；督導、管理及培訓餐館各員工；編訂員工更期；監控餐廳內之財政預算；協助購買物資及統籌存倉紀錄；協調顧客服務；頂替餐廳內不同崗位之休假；監控零用現金及收銀機銀頭；負責樓面及收銀工作等
Requirements
Secondary 6; 2 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write simple English ; POS System Operation; MS Word; MS Excel; Chinese Typing; Basic Computer Operation Knowledge; 具2年或以上餐廳工作經驗; 懂操作日常使用的電郵/google sheet處理營業報表/更期
Employment Terms
$65.00 per hour, with Purchase Discount and Meal provided, Mon to Fri: 8:00AM-5:00PM, 5 working days per week, 8 working hours per day
