協助主廚管理分店廚房日常運作、編製更期、訂貨、備貨, 保證出品質素；負責預備和烹飪西式及控制成本效益, 確保廚房清潔及維持衞生
Requirements
Secondary 3; 3 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese preferred; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; 對西式菜有認識
Employment Terms
$23,000 - $24,000 per month (Depends on experience), with Overtime Time-off in lieu, Birthday Leave 1 day, On-the-job Training, Meal provided, Mon to Fri: 11:00AM-10:00PM,Sat,Sun: 7:30AM-10:30PM, 5 - 6 working days per week, on shift, shift holiday, 9 - 10 working hours per day, (1小時用膳時間, 每月6天休息日)
