Polish Negotiator for Krakow Studio

I am looking for someone fluent in Polish who can pick up the phone, speak directly with a large Kraków landlord who owns multiple studios, and secure a deal on my behalf. The target is simple: a studio that will legally house two people for PLN 1,400–1,700 per month, with utilities billed strictly on consumption. I can cover the first month’s rent up-front and intend to stay well beyond a year, so emphasising a stable, long-term tenancy (longer than 12 months) is key.

Any safe district with reliable public transport works for me; location is flexible. What matters most is that the lease sets out clear rules, reflects the price range above, and locks in the long-term arrangement.

Because I will not be supplying a dialler, you’ll need to use your own phone or VoIP service. Once you have the owner on board, I’ll need written confirmation (email or scanned offer) detailing rent, utility terms, contract length, and move-in date.
