I need a fluent English speaker who is physically located in Ukraine and comfortable handling IT-related phone conversations. Your primary task will be to represent my company on calls with prospects and existing contacts, introducing our services, gathering key information, and smoothly passing hot leads or support issues back to me. I will provide a brief script, background material on the services, a VoIP line or call-credit, and a CRM login where you’ll log every interaction.

Because the exact mix of calls will change week by week, I’m looking for someone adaptable: one day you might confirm interest and book a short discovery meeting, the next you could be following up on a technical query or collecting feedback after a pilot. Clear pronunciation, active listening, and the ability to note action items accurately are essential.

Deliverables I expect:
• Call notes entered in the CRM the same day, including outcome and next steps
• A concise end-of-week summary so I can track momentum and adjust messaging
