I have a personal letter/statement drafted that now needs a professional eye. The content is written, but the flow, tone, and overall presentation still feel rough. I’d like you to:

• refine the wording so it reads clearly and persuasively,
• ensure the formatting looks clean and consistent, and
• return the file in both an editable Word document and a ready-to-send PDF.

I composed it in Microsoft Word, so please work in that environment (or Google Docs if you prefer and can export flawlessly). Track Changes should be enabled so I can review every adjustment before final approval.
