SketchUp 3D Model Only

I am looking for an experienced SketchUp designer to create a detailed 3D interior design model.

Project Requirements:

- Create a complete interior design in SketchUp.
- Work according to the provided floor plan, reference images, and design instructions.
- Maintain accurate room layouts, furniture placement, and interior details.
- Use appropriate materials, textures, and furniture components.
- Keep the SketchUp model properly organized with groups and components.

Final Deliverable:

- Only the editable SketchUp (.SKP) file is required.
- The model must be fully editable and properly organized.
- No rendering, walkthrough animation, video, PDF, or CAD drawings are required.

Important Note:
I only need the final SketchUp source file. Please do not include any additional services unless requested.
