Portal Truss Lookup Table Design

I need a concise, engineer-ready lookup table that lets me select pre-engineered portal web trusses (RHS, parallel-chord) without revisiting the design later in the formal certification phase. The table must cover clear spans of 15-20 m, 25-30 m, 30-35 m, and 35-40 m, all assuming 6 m spacing between portal frames and the most onerous loading case—wind and solar panel actions—so I can adopt the numbers with confidence in exposed regional projects. This is to suit Australian conditions and AS4100 requirments.

For every span band I expect:
• Optimised steel member sizes (top chord, bottom chord and web members) that satisfy AS 4100 strength and serviceability limits
• Recommended truss depth and preferred web configuration
• Mid-span splice/bolted connection geometry and plate/bolt schedule
• Connection detailing to a UC portal column, including bracket or cleat dimensions and welding/bolting specs
• Any governing calculations or design notes that justify the selections

Please compile everything in a clear Excel workbook (one worksheet per span group) and back it up with a brief PDF summary of the key calculation snapshots or software output.
