US Virtual Assistants Needed

My e-commerce team needs extra hands to keep our inbox and live-chat queue clear. The work is 100 % remote, ongoing, and reserved for assistants physically located in the United States.

Primary scope
• Handle incoming email and real-time chat questions about our products and services.
• Provide clear, friendly answers, link customers to helpful resources, and escalate edge cases inside our help-desk workflow.
• Log each interaction so the rest of the team has full context.

Typical tools in play include Zendesk, Gorgias, Intercom, Google Workspace, and Slack. If you already know any of these, great—if not, the platform is intuitive and I will share concise SOPs.

Availability
Coverage is split across several assistants, so please note your preferred hours and days. Fast, accurate English writing and a calm chat tone are essential.

Deliverables
1. Daily zero-backlog in both chat and email during your shift
2. Conversation notes entered in the ticket record before closing
3. End-of-week brief summarising common issues spotted
