Build African Movie Streaming Platform

I want to launch MLENDA FILMS, a professional, production-ready movie-streaming and digital film marketplace that feels as polished as Netflix but is tailored to African cinema lovers.

Core experience
• Viewers pay TSh 200 or TSh 500 for each title and then stream it online—no downloads, unlimited re-watching for life.
• Payments must flow smoothly through M-Pesa, Airtel Money, Mixx by Yas and Visa, with airtight verification so I can confidently release each film.
• Users create an account, log in, buy a film, and instantly start watching in a secure, high-quality player.

Back-office needs
I need a clean admin dashboard where I can upload movies (video + metadata + pricing), track sales and manage users. The system has to handle database design, hosting and domain configuration so the moment you hand it over I can start adding content and marketing.

What I expect from you
– A premium, responsive front end that matches modern OTT platforms in look and feel.
– Robust, scalable back end that keeps streams encrypted and prevents sharing.
– Complete deployment to live servers with SSL, backups and monitoring in place.
