Custom Figma to HTML Plugin -- 2

I need a plugin that takes any frame or selection inside Figma and exports clean, well-structured HTML and CSS. The code should be semantic, responsive, and easy to hand-off to other developers. Ideally, the export routine will:

• Capture Figma layers, groups, text styles, and assets, mapping them to divs, semantic tags, and external style sheets.
• Preserve positioning and typography precisely while still producing maintainable code—no absolute-positioned spaghetti.
• Package images at the correct resolution and reference them with relative paths.
• Offer an option panel where I can choose plain HTML/CSS or inject a framework (for example Bootstrap or Tailwind) before export.
• Provide a quick-preview window inside Figma so I can spot-check the markup before saving.

Deliverables
• Source code for the Figma plugin (TypeScript preferred).
• A short README covering installation, usage, and how to add new framework presets.
• A sample Figma file and the matching exported HTML to prove the workflow.

Acceptance criteria: the sample design must render in Chrome, Firefox, and Safari with no visual drift greater than 2 px, and Lighthouse must score at least 90 for accessibility and best practices on the exported pages.
