Model Engineering: Fine-tune open-source LLMs/multi-modal models on construction and BIM data; Optimization: Quantize(GGUF/AWQ/GPTQ) for fast local/edge inference; Security: Build private, zero-leakage, on-premise/air-gapped pipelines; RAG: Use vector databases(Milvus/Qdrant) and semantic caching for technical documents; Communication: Translate AI research into clear engineering requirements and updates for managers and engineers

$23,000 per month, Mon to Fri: 9:00AM-6:00PM, 5 working days per week, 9 working hours per day
