Responsibilities
負責建築工程項目全流程管理，包括前期諮詢、工期預算、資源及風險管控，保障項目如期及按預算交付；統籌跨境工程，參照國際標準協調顧問、分判商與客戶，處理跨地域溝通與合約爭議；審核合約標書、管理工程變更及中期估值；優化項目制度，撰寫進度、成本與風險報告
Requirements
Post-secondary (Bachelor Degree); 3 years of experience required; Fluent Putonghua preferred; Fair English preferred; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; (統籌團隊，組織檢查、完工驗收及復盤，持續提升工程交付質素)
Employment Terms
$50,000 per month, Mon to Fri: 9:00AM-6:00PM, 5 working days per week, 6 - 8 working hours per day
