Carry out final inspection and witness water-tightness test on building works (Housing Projects); Inspect defect / NC rectification work; Prepare reports; 配合房屋署安排進行驗收工作; 與房屋署職員及承建商進行溝通工作

Post-secondary (Diploma/Certificate); 2 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fluent English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; Technical Competent Person; Green Card; With Cert. in Construction or Building Studies and "Grade E” or above in Chi & Eng (HKCEE); With 2 years' construction work exp.

$26,000 - $36,000 per month (depends on experience), Mon to Sat: 8:00AM-6:00PM, 6 working days per week, 8 - 9 working hours per day, Working period: 3 - 6 months
