Assistant Engineer (MVAC)

Prepare technical documents, design, drawings, etc.;Project planning, execution, site management of MVAC installation & Chiller/Pump/VRF projects;Perform onsite inspections & supervision to monitor progress & ensure subcontractors' performance complies with the safety & quality requirements;Coordinate with clients, consultants & Gov't authorities for site installation and T&C; Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors

Post-secondary (Sub-degree); Fluent Cantonese preferred; Fluent Putonghua preferred; Fluent English preferred; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; Microsoft Office; Green Card; AutoCAD; Holder of Certificate for Construction Safety Supervisors preferred; Familiar with Autodesk Revit preferred

$16,000 - $18,000 per month, with Medical Benefits, Mobile Phone Allowance $300 per month, Transport Allowance and Year-end Bonus, Mon to Fri: 9:00AM-6:00PM and Sat: 9:00AM-1:00PM, 5.5 working days per week, 間中需要超時工作 (需外勤/戶外工作)
