Responsibilities
監察工地進度、施工質量及日常運作；審核圖則、施工方案及物料並提交文件；協調客戶、建築師、顧問及分判商之間的工作安排；跟進工程進度及確保符合合約要求；協助項目經理管理工程及處理文件工作，確保工程按預算及進度完成(Responsible, with initiative & self-motivated at work)
Requirements
Secondary 5; 3 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fluent English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; Microsoft Office; MS Project; Green Card; AutoCAD; 持有適任技術人員T1證書; 曾修讀建築、土木工程、屋宇裝備或相關學科優先; 懂SAP2000及SAFE
Employment Terms
$18,000 - $20,000 per month, Mon to Fri: 9:00AM-6:00PM, 5 working days per week, 8 working hours per day
