Responsibilities
負責項目合約管理、項目竣工及結算地盤跟數工作; 編製項目施工圖、編製項目進度計畫、施工圖紙會審及變更、施工測量管理; 需到地盤與大判及分判商溝通日常工作及跟進進度; 跟進工程款項，準備工程訂單/VO; 需外勤/戶外工作
Requirements
Post-secondary (Diploma/Certificate); 2 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; Green Card; AutoCAD; 懂BIM
Employment Terms
$20,000 - $27,000 per month, with Discretionary Bonus, Mon to Fri: 9:00AM-6:00PM and Sat: 9:00AM-5:00PM, 5 - 6 working days per week, Alt. Sat off
