Responsibilities
Reporting to the Project Mgr/ess, oversee MVAC & Fire Services, incl design coordination, site execution, testing, commissioning & handover; Work closely with site staff & ensure workmanship, installation quality & subcontractor performance for Fire Services & MVAC works(New Data Center development)
Requirements
Post-secondary (Diploma/Certificate); 9 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fluent English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; (Manage project execution & update shop, coordination, combined services & as-built drawings)
Employment Terms
$45,000 - $55,000 per month (depends on experience), with Discretionary Bonus and Year-end Bonus, Mon to Sat: 9:00AM-6:00PM, 5 - 6 working days per week, 8 working hours per day, Alt. Sat off, (9 yrs or above exp in working for main con with MVAC)
