負責處理全幢大廈水電問題(如更換大廈燈管，一般水喉、水掣問題); 安排承建商跟進大型水電維修工作 (3個月試用期)
Requirements
No requirement on academic qualification; 10 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese preferred; Fair Putonghua ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Electricity Licence A
Employment Terms
$22,000 - $25,000 per month, with Overtime Time-off in lieu and Incentive Bonus, Mon to Sat: 9:00AM-6:00PM, 6 working days per week, 8 working hours per day
