Assist in maintaining high standards of day-to-day operations in kitchen; Assist in food production for both Chinese & Western cuisine; Maintain high standard of hygiene and safety and the cleanliness of workstation & equipment; Play an active role in fulfilling the supervisory responsibilities for occupational health and safety

Post-secondary (Diploma/Certificate); 3 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fluent English ; Able to read & write simple Chinese ; Able to read & write simple English

$21,000 per month, with Annual Leave 16 days, Birthday Leave , Meal provided, Shuttle Bus Service, Discretionary Bonus and Medical Insurance, 8:00AM-5:00PM/10:00AM-8:00PM/11:00AM-9:00PM, 6 working days per week, on shift, shift holiday, 9 working hours per day, 需於星期六、日及公眾假期工作, 實際上班時間視乎營運需要而定
