Corporate structuring of the group’s activities; Incorporation & ongoing corporate support of companies in int'l jurisdictions(incl. Hong Kong,Singapore,Indonesia,Cyprus,etc.);Legal support of comm. projects & contracts,identification & mitigation of legal risks

Post-secondary (Post-graduate); 10 years of experience required; Fair Cantonese preferred; Fair Putonghua preferred; Fluent English preferred; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; Hands-on exp. with company incorporation & corporate maintenance in foreign jurisdictions

$35,000 per month, with Medical Insurance and Incentive Bonus (Analysis of licensing & regulatory requirements in selected jurisdictions), Mon to Fri: 9:00AM-6:00PM, 5 working days per week (Assessment of feasibility and economic viability of licensing; UAE, Cyprus, Hong Kong, offshore structures, Good knowledge of int'l corporate law)
