專上教育：碩士或博士; 10年經驗; 一般粵語優先; 一般普通話優先; 良好英語優先; 懂讀寫中文; 懂讀寫英文; Hands-on exp. with company incorporation & corporate maintenance in foreign jurisdictions

每月$35,000,有醫療保險及獎勵性花紅(Analysis of licensing & regulatory requirements in selected jurisdictions), 一至五: 9AM-6PM, 每週工作5天 (Assessment of feasibility & economic viability of licensing;UAE,Cyprus,Hong Kong, offshore structures, Good knowledge of int'l corporate law)
