Area Service Technician

Provide customer services & all hands-on technical support as necessary & required; Follow up on after-sales service issues especially warranty claims for products sold to customers until the problem is fully solved; Provide commissioning, training, inspection & factory visit as required for customers; Coordinate communication between customers & factories, sales teams, spare parts teams & local sub-contractors

Post-secondary (Diploma/Certificate); 5 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese preferred; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English preferred; Able to read & write simple Chinese ; Able to read & write simple English ; Production Machine Maintenance; Electricity Licence B; Electricity Licence A; With technical knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems, familiar with the theory and application of GSE

$28,000 - $32,000 per month, with Double Pay, Annual Leave 14 days, Birthday Leave 1 day and Medical Insurance, Mon to Fri: 9:00AM-5:30PM, 5 working days per week, 1 hour lunch break
