Sales Manager/Manageress

Handle sale and purchase of whole buildings, commercial podiums and redevelopment sites; Draft and write property particulars, letters of offer and marketing proposals; Maintain and update the information of property listings; Liaise the potential clients including developers, listed companies, fund companies and investors; Build up a client base

Post-secondary (Diploma/Certificate); 1 year of experience required; Fluent Cantonese preferred; Fluent Putonghua preferred; Fluent English preferred; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; Valid EAA Estate Agent's (Individual)/Salesperson's Licence; Proactive and initiative at work; Good persuasive and interpersonal relationships skills

$12,000 per month, with Commission, Performance Award, Year-end Bonus, Study Allowance, Medical Benefits and Dental Scheme, Mon to Fri: 9:00AM-6:00PM, 5 working days per week, 8 working hours per day
