Logistics Assistant (Contract)

Handle daily receiving & check-in of computer replacement parts from vendors & return defective parts; Issue repair parts to field engineers according to system orders; Perform physical inspections on returned parts to identify, customer-induced damage (CID) or mismatches;Update parts status (claims,returns,inventory)in internal & vendor systems,assist with regular stocktaking, handle emails with vendors(1-year Contract)

Secondary 6; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write simple English ; MS Outlook; MS Excel; Eng/Chi PC operation; Basic Computer Operation Knowledge; Welcome Fresh Graduates

$15,000 - $16,000 per month, with Annual Leave 8 days, Bank Holiday and Medical Benefits, Mon to Fri: 8:45AM-5:45PM and Sat: 8:45AM-1:00PM, 5 - 5.5 working days per week, 9 working hours per day, 視乎工作情況, 需要時需星期六上班
