Responsibilities
負責檢查與維修各類樓宇漏水、滲水、石屎外牆結構問題，跟進及檢測外判商之施工質量，執行屋苑水電與其他日常維修保養工作，履行管理層之其他指派工作
Requirements
Secondary 3; 2 years and 3 months of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Electricity Licence A
Employment Terms
$25,000 - $25,500 per month, with Overtime Time-off in lieu, 9:00AM-6:00PM, 5 - 6 working days per week, shift holiday
