Building Engineer/ Maintenance Engineer(Projects)

Day-to-day repair & maintenance of mixed property portfolio of office, industrial, residential, commercial & retail properties; Supervise the contractors on site and check quality and progress of works, to ensure quality workmanship and output; Handle emergency cases including breakdown of essential building services system and ad-hoc projects; Any other works as directed by Manager(ess),Projects & Building Services Department from time to time

Secondary 5; 3 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese preferred; Fluent English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; Word-processing; Eng/Chi PC operation; Electricity Licence A; Electrical Worker; Electrical Maintenance; Proficient in using AutoCAD and with knowledge of Minor Works System & Buildings Ordinance

$35,000 - $37,000 per month, with Annual Leave 11 days, Bank Holiday, Discretionary Bonus, Dental Scheme, Medical Benefits and Marriage Leave, Mon to Fri: 9:30AM-6:00PM, 5 working days per week, 8.5 working hours per day, (需外勤／戶外工作)
