Responsibilities
Responsible for the daily operation work of the residential building, including security, property management and customer service duties, etc. (with Meal Allowance $900 per month, Transport Allowance $1,200 per month)
Requirements
Primary 6; 1 year of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write simple English ; Security Training Course Certificate (QAS); Security Personnel Permit; 願意接受早更及中更輪班工作
Employment Terms
$16,000 - $17,000 per month, with Good Attendance Bonus $1,000 per month, Annual Leave 10 days, one-off New Comer Award $4,000 and 推薦人獎金$3,000, 8:00AM-5:00PM or 2:00PM-11:00PM, 6 working days per week, on shift, shift holiday, 9 working hours per day
