Responsibilities
Responsible for the daily operation work of residential properties which includes security, property management and customer service duties, etc.
Requirements
Primary 6; Fluent Cantonese ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Security Training Course Certificate (QAS); Security Personnel Permit
Employment Terms
$13,500 - $18,000 per month, with Good Attendance Bonus $1000 per month, Annual Leave 10 days, Incentive Bonus, Medical Benefits, one-off New Comer Award $4000 and Promotion Opportunity, 7:30AM-4:30PM, 2:00PM-11:00PM or 10:45PM-7:45AM, 6 working days per week, shift holiday, 9 working hours per day
