Handle customer enquiries and complaints with excellent customer services manner; Provide administrative and clerical support
Requirements
Post-secondary (Diploma/Certificate); Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; Microsoft Office; Changjie / Simplified Changjie input method; Basic Computer Operation Knowledge
Employment Terms
$16,000 - $20,000 per month, with Annual Leave 14 days, Birthday Leave , Discretionary Bonus, Medical Benefits, Marriage Leave and Promotion Opportunity, Mon to Fri: 9:00AM-6:00PM and Sat: 9:00AM-1:00PM, 5.5 working days per week
