Responsibilities
General duties of Cook (Thai Cuisine), including preparing Thai dishes, preparing and purchasing ingredients, planning menus and designing dishes / recipes, monitoring ingredient inventory, food quality and hygiene, arranging staff deployment and training, managing the operation of kitchen.
Requirements
Primary 6, 1 Year(s) Experience Required, Little Cantonese, Little Reading and Written Chinese. Little Thai language and reading and written Thai preferred
Employment Terms
$ 19,670 per month, 11 AM - 10 PM (Meal break at 3:30 PM - 5:30 PM), 9 hours working hour(s) per day (no shift work required) (No. of working days per week : 6)
