Responsibilities
Responsible for managing kitchen daily operations; preparing ingredients and food, maintaining food quality; checking hygiene conditions of all items & food inside kitchen, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene of all produced food (With 親聚假, 恩恤假, 安全鞋資助)
Requirements
No requirement on academic qualification; 3 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Able to read & write Chinese ; 具3年或以上廚房管理工作經驗優先; 具領導技巧及能獨立處理工作; 具餐廳/連鎖餐廳管理經驗優先
Employment Terms
$19,000 - $29,000 per month, with Birthday Leave , Purchase Discount, Medical Benefits, Meal provided, Marriage Leave , Promotion Opportunity and Good Attendance Bonus, 10:30AM-10:30PM, 5 - 6 working days per week, on shift, shift holiday, 10 working hours per day
