Tandoor Oven Operation & Temperature Control, Meat, Poultry, & Seafood Preparation, Authentic Marinade & Spice Blending, Artisanal Bread Making & Baking, Timing & Doneness Precision, Specialised Inventory & Stock Management, Clay Oven Maintenance & Conditioning, High-Heat Safety & Hygiene Compliance
Requirements
Post-secondary (Bachelor Degree); 3 years of experience required; Fair English ; Fair Hindi; Able to read & write English
Employment Terms
$30,000 per month, with Annual Leave 14 days, Meal Allowance, Accommodation provided and Medical Benefits, Wed to Mon: 11:00AM-3:00PM,5:00PM-10:00PM, 6 working days per week
