Responsibilities
負責管理店舖日常運作及事務，包括衞生安全及庫存管理，確保營運順暢; 控制食材及營運成本，達成分店營業目標及 KPI; 人事管理，編排人手及更表，進行在職培訓，提升團隊凝聚力及服務水平; 維持良好顧客關係，處理現場客人意見及各項查詢
Requirements
Secondary 3; 3 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write simple English ; 持認可衞生經理證書
Employment Terms
$22,000 - $26,000 per month, with Good Attendance Bonus, Discretionary Bonus, On-the-job Training, Medical Benefits, 服務獎金, 港島跨區交通津貼, 員工優惠,介紹人獎金, 子女獎學金, Promotion Opportunity and Sales Award, 10:00AM-10:30PM, 5 - 6 working days per week, shift holiday, 10 working hours per day
