WordPress Redesign with 3D Tours

I want to give [login to view URL] a fresh, timeless look that does justice to C. F. Hansen’s neo-classical legacy. The site already runs on WordPress, so your job is to craft a new theme or child-theme that feels elegant, restrained and modern while subtly echoing the architect’s proportions, colours, and typography.

The first experience I want visitors to have is exploring the heritage buildings. At launch this will be through simple interactive 3-D models embedded on the relevant pages (Sketchfab, [login to view URL] or another lightweight solution you recommend). Your build should also leave room for me to swap those models out for full walk-through Matterport–style tours later without a major re-work.

Beyond the design itself I would like the following delivered within one month:

• A new logo for the foundation
• A responsive, WCAG-friendly front-end that loads quickly and is easy for non-technical staff to edit
• A custom post type or similar method for adding each building once, then displaying it in listings, on a map, and on its own detail page with the 3-D embed.
• Smooth integration of optional extras (you can stage or comment the code so I can switch them on when ready):
– Newsletter sign-up with double opt-in (Mailchimp or comparable).
– Members-only area for additional content and information
– Hook or plugin suggestion for an AI assistant that can draft content from internet sources.
• Basic performance, security and backup settings in place.
• Clear hand-over notes or a brief video that shows me how to add new buildings and swap in future full tours.

If you have previous work that shows you can balance refined aesthetics with technical polish, please include it. I am ready to start within a few days and aim to go live inside four weeks.
