Commission-Only High-Ticket Sales Expert Wanted (Remote – Global)!

About the Opportunity

I am looking for an emotionally intelligent, experienced (preferable), highly motivated, ethical, and results-driven Sales, Business Development, Communication & Appointment setter Expert who can manage the complete sales process from finding leads to appointment setting (I will do the closing in the beginning, and after some months we will see if you can do closing too, for more income and more clients).

This is a 100% commission-based partnership.

No salary, hourly pay, retainer, or payment in advance.

You are paid only after the client has paid me.

This is ideal for experienced professionals confident in selling premium coaching, consulting, education, and transformation programs.

Your Responsibilities are to book appointments with people who want coaching to positively change their life and be more peaceful, calm, healthy and joyful!

You will manage the complete sales process as you can and want! E.g.

- Lead generation
- Prospecting
- Cold outreach
- Warm outreach
- LinkedIn, + all Social media networking
- Email outreach
- Social selling
- Appointment setting
- Follow-up
- Discovery calls (if agreed)
- Sales presentations
- Objection handling
- Closing high-ticket sales (after)
- Upselling additional programs
- Building long-term client relationships

Also, there is a self help book I wrote that you can promote and sell. For each person buying it you will recrive +10€.

Initially, I would like one experienced professional to handle appointment setting firstly and then closing while I focus on delivering coaching and consulting!

As the business grows, we may build a larger sales team with dedicated setters and closers.

Commission

Commission is paid only after the client's payment has been successfully received.
*If paying in installments percentage of installment.

Suggested structure:

- Full-cycle Sales Expert (you): 10% commission!
- Future Appointment Setter: 3–5%
- Future Sales Closer: 7–10%

Recurring commissions for renewals or future purchases can also be discussed.
