Certified Thai-English Land Deed Translation

I have 17 pages of Thai land-transfer documentation—complete with official stamps, seals, tables, and a few handwritten notes—that must be rendered into English as a certified translation. The finished work will be presented to my solicitor here in Australia, so the certificate must clearly identify the translator, confirm accuracy, and be acceptable for legal or conveyancing purposes.

Every visual element on the originals needs to appear in the English version: layout, pagination, tables, seals, and marginal notes should be reproduced faithfully, with any non-text graphics embedded or scanned into place. A note such as “stamp here” or “signature” is fine where translation is not possible, but the position and look must match the source page.

Please use clear legal English while keeping the formatting intact. Experience with property deeds or land office paperwork is a plus, and familiarity with tools like Adobe Acrobat, InDesign, or Word for precise page setting will help keep everything aligned.

Deliverables
• Certified English translation of all 17 pages, of which (4) pages have minimal translation) laid out to mirror the Thai originals (PDF)
• A separate editable file (Word or similar) matching the certified PDF
• Formal translator’s certificate signed and dated, attached or appended to the document set

Acceptance criteria
• Terminology is consistent with Thai land law usage and Australian conveyancing practice
• All visible marks, stamps, and handwritten notes are either reproduced graphically or translated in-situ
• Certification meets Australian legal standards for submission to a solicitor
