Responsibilities
Prepare and cook dishes; Prepare and procure ingredients; Monitor ingredient inventory; Plan menus and design dishes; Oversee food quality and hygiene standards; Arrange staff scheduling and training; Manage kitchen operations; Assist with other kitchen-related tasks.
Requirements
Primary 6, 1 Year Experience Required, Little Cantonese, Little Reading and Written Chinese
Employment Terms
$ 19,310 per month, 7 AM - 6 PM (1 hour meal break & 1 hour rest break), 9 hours working hour(s) per day (no shift work required) (No. of working days per week : 6)
