Responsibilities
負責設計餐單，訂購食材，準備食材及製作膳食 (包括正常餐及特別餐); 清潔廚房，保持食物及環境衞生; 妥善記錄及存放食品和所需用品; 督導助理工作，確保日常運作正常
Requirements
Secondary 3; 1 year of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Able to read & write Chinese ; 具安老院舍膳食工作經驗優先
Employment Terms
$17,995 per month, with Transport Allowance $800 per month, Annual Leave 14 days, Birthday Leave , Half-year Allowances $1500 and Good Attendance Bonus $500 per month, 6:30AM-3:00PM/ 7:30AM-4:00PM, 6 working days per week, on shift, shift holiday, 8 - 8.5 working hours per day
