Responsibilities
負責監督與安排技術員之日常工作，並持續跟進外判商的工程進度與施工質量; 負責大廈冷氣系統維修及保養工作; 定期清洗、保養與預防性檢查
Requirements
Secondary 3; 4 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Able to read & write simple Chinese ; Able to read English ; Green Card; Electricity Licence A; Air-conditioning; 具團隊管理經驗
Employment Terms
$29,700 - $32,200 per month, with Overtime Allowance, Good Attendance Bonus, Dental Scheme, Incentive Bonus, Medical Benefits and Medical Insurance, 8:45AM-5:00PM, 6 working days per week, shift holiday, 8 working hours per day
