Responsible Officer

Act as Responsible Officer under the company's insurance broker license, ensuring all regulated activities comply with the Insurance Ordinance (Cap. 41) and Insurance Authority rules, codes and guidelines; Monitor regulatory changes and update compliance policies timely; Develop, implement and enhance compliance procedures and internal controls; Conduct regular compliance reviews, risk assessments and internal audits, 識別風險並提出緩解措施

Post-secondary (Bachelor Degree); 8 years of experience required; Fair Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; IIQE (Paper 3); IIQE (Paper 1); 具8年或以上工作經驗, 其中包含5年或以上保險業相關經驗, 曾擔任1年或以上負責人（RO）優先

$20,000 per month, Mon to Fri: 10:00AM-7:00PM, 5 working days per week, 8 working hours per day, (監督銷售流程、KYC及文件紀錄以符合監管標準)
