Responsibilities
Responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing quotations, assisting customers in understanding the shipping process, tracking cargo status, handling abnormal issues and maintaining customer relationships, spanning the entire logistics chain from pre-sales, during transportation, to after-sales
Requirements
Post-secondary (Diploma/Certificate); 1 year of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fluent English preferred; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; I/E Documentation; Basic Computer Operation Knowledge
Employment Terms
$15,000 - $25,000 per month(depends on experience), with Overtime Allowance $60 per hour, Double Pay, Good Attendance Bonus $1000 per month, Incentive Bonus, Performance Award and Year-end Bonus, Mon to Fri: 9:00AM-6:00PM and Sat: 9:00AM-1:00PM, 5.5 working days per week
