Responsibilities
Input data into the database; Update data file in Excel by Pivot Table and VLOOKUP; Prepare documents and coordinate with clients for delivery arrangements; Follow up with clients' instructions and provide stock availability and shipping information to stores/warehouses
Requirements
Secondary 5; 2 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fluent Putonghua ; Fluent English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; With 2 years working exp. in logistics industry; Proficient in using Pivot Table and VLOOKUP
Employment Terms
$17,000 - $21,000 per month, with Double Pay and Bank Holiday, Mon to Fri: 9:00AM-6:00PM, 5 working days per week
