Job Overview-
Goldsikka Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated, and result-oriented freelancers to work on multiple IT and Non-IT requirements. We welcome both freshers with basic domain knowledge and experienced professionals who are interested in freelance opportunities.
Candidates can work in recruitment, candidate sourcing, business development, lead generation, marketing, sales, Recruiting, and other relevant domains.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Source candidates for various IT and Non-IT vacancies.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Work on multiple job requirements and support the hiring process.
2. IT Domain
Source candidates for technical positions such as Java Developers, Python Developers, .NET Developers, Full Stack Developers, Software Developers, Data Analysts, Data Engineers, Cloud Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Testing Engineers, UI/UX Designers, and other IT roles.
Understand basic technical skills and job requirements.
Identify and shortlist suitable IT profiles.
3. Non-IT Domain
Source candidates for HR, Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Accounts, Finance, Customer Support, Telecalling, Administration, Operations, and Back Office positions.
Screen candidates based on job descriptions.
Coordinate candidate interviews and follow-ups.
4. Business Development & Other Freelance Activities
Generate business leads and identify potential clients.
Support sales, marketing, and promotional activities.
Conduct client and candidate follow-ups.
Assist with lead generation and business development.
Support other assigned freelance activities based on individual skills and expertise.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of recruitment, HR, IT, Non-IT, sales, or marketing.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer and internet knowledge.
Knowledge of job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn is an added advantage.
Ability to source candidates and generate leads.
Good coordination, time management, and follow-up skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
