Senior Engineering Partner for AI Platform

I’m looking for a senior engineering partner who can jump in beside our small leadership team and take direct ownership of scaling our live, production-ready AI platform that powers credit decisions for regulated financial institutions. Demand is rising quickly and the immediate priority is clear: we must serve more customers and higher transaction volumes without sacrificing speed, reliability, or compliance.

Your first mission will center on the heart of the system—AI model processing and decision speed. Everything we ship over the next quarter should reduce latency and raise throughput so that the platform can handle a dramatically larger number of real-time credit requests. You will help profile current bottlenecks, design the right parallelisation or distributed-compute approach, and guide implementation all the way into production.

Alongside this hands-on work, I expect tight collaboration with me and the rest of engineering leadership on architecture choices, code reviews, and release planning. Quality gates, automated testing, and clear monitoring dashboards need to remain rock-solid even as we accelerate development.

Key acceptance criteria for each milestone:
• Measurable latency and throughput gains demonstrated with before/after benchmarks.
• Zero regression in decision accuracy or compliance checks.
• Production rollout backed by observable metrics and automated rollback safeguards.
