We are seeking an experienced AI Business Automation & Process Optimization Specialist to help us identify operational inefficiencies and develop practical AI-driven strategies, tools, and automated systems across our healthcare, pharmacy, and wellness businesses operating in Australia and New Zealand.

The project involves assessing existing workflows, identifying bottlenecks and repetitive tasks, and designing and implementing AI-powered solutions to improve productivity, reduce operational costs, streamline processes, and support business growth.

We need a hands-on AI expert who can do more than recommend tools—someone who can build, integrate, implement, and optimise AI solutions using platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, n8n, Make, Zapier, and other relevant technologies.

The ideal candidate should have strong business process analysis skills, proven experience in AI automation and systems integration, and the ability to deliver measurable improvements.

This is a full-time, 100% remote, long-term opportunity working directly with management to drive AI adoption and operational transformation across multiple departments.
