Spanish SL Debt Dispute Counsel

I run a Sociedad Limitada in Spain that is facing a dispute claim. A Zoom meeting with the opposing party has been scheduled and I need a Spanish-qualified lawyer to step in, review the file beforehand, join the call, and negotiate on my company’s behalf with the clear aim of challenging or reducing the amount demanded.

Before the call I will forward all contracts, documentation, e-mails, and any prior correspondence. I expect you to analyse these documents, identify leverage points in Spanish commercial and civil procedure, and outline a concise negotiation strategy that we can approve together.

During the Zoom session you will actively represent the SL: clarify our legal position, rebut any unfounded assertions, and steer the discussion toward a reduced or dismissed payment obligation. Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential because the counterpart’s representatives use Spanish while my internal team communicates in English.

Immediately after the meeting I need a short written summary of what was agreed, any next steps, and your recommendations on further action should litigation or formal recovery proceedings follow.

Deliverables:
• Pre-meeting review and strategy memo
• Real-time representation and negotiation in Zoom meeting
• Post-meeting written summary with recommended next steps

Preference goes to lawyers holding a Spanish practising certificate and proven experience in debt, payment, or commercial claim negotiations. Availability this week is crucial, as the call date is fast approaching.
