Word-to-PDF Layout Simplification

I have a collection of Word documents that I need turned into PDFs. I’m not looking for a pixel-perfect replica of the originals; instead, I want each file delivered as a clean, easy-to-read PDF with consistent margins, headings, and font choices.

The task is straightforward: take the Word files I supply, convert them, and return the finished PDFs ready for distribution. Please keep the text fully searchable and preserve any hyperlinks that may be in the source files.

When you’re done, send the PDFs back using the same base filenames so I can match them quickly to their originals.
