Software Co-Founder & Project Manager

I am launching a new software venture and want a like-minded partner who can take charge of project delivery while I concentrate on product direction and client growth. You will own the day-to-day management of our web and mobile builds: planning sprints, coordinating remote developers, running stand-ups, and making sure every release ships cleanly through Git-based workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and tools such as Jira or Trello.

To thrive in this role you should write and speak English fluently, have hands-on familiarity with modern development practices, and be comfortable leading distributed teams across time zones. Strong communication, clear documentation, and a problem-solving mindset are essential, as we’ll be collaborating closely to shape strategy, nurture a healthy engineering culture, and scale the business for the long term.
