Coastal Triplex 3D Render Package

I need a full set of photorealistic 3D renderings that bring Unit C of my tri-plex addition to life. All architectural plans and inspiration photos are attached, and the goal is to sell a bright, breezy coastal vision to investors and future buyers.

Scope
• Exterior: show the new façade plus the shared pool area in a clear-sky daytime setting.
• Interiors: capture every major space—open-plan living / kitchen, bedrooms, baths, and circulation zones—styled in a light-and-airy palette of white walls, pale woods, and soft blue accents. Think sun-washed, not overly glossy.
• Consistency: exterior and interior finishes, furnishings, and fixture placements should follow the drawings exactly; feel free to propose subtle décor touches that fit the brief.

Deliverables
1. High-resolution stills (minimum 4K) covering:
– Front street view
– Pool and rear patio
– Living / kitchen open space
– Primary bedroom & bath
– Representative secondary bedroom
2. One hero montage sheet suitable for marketing.
3. Source files (native 3D scene + textures) so I can request tweaks later.

Acceptance Criteria
• Daytime lighting reads natural with soft coastal shadows.
• Materials and colors match the attached palette board.
• No geometry clashes with the provided architectural set.
• Final images are crisp when printed at 18" x 24".

Preferred software is flexible—Blender, 3ds Max + V-Ray, or Lumion are all fine—as long as the output quality is true photoreal. Two revision rounds after first draft will keep us on target.
