Qualify Meta Leads for Campers

I’m looking for help tightening up the lead-capture and qualification flow on our Facebook and Instagram ads so that every prospect who comes through is truly showroom-ready.

The key outcome is simple: each qualified lead should be on the phone with our sales team as quickly as possible. To make that happen I need a specialist who can:

• Build or refine Meta Lead Ads forms that collect—without friction—the buyer’s name, phone number, email, budget range, preferred trailer size, travel plans, location, preferred contact method and their ideal purchase timeframe.
• Flag anyone who is ready to buy within the next three months as “hot”, push them straight to our call queue and trigger an instant notification.
• Set up automation (Meta Ads Manager → CRM or Google Sheet via Zapier/Make, or another lightweight tool you recommend) so the data lands cleanly and is easy for the sales team to act on.
• Create simple logic so leads that don’t meet the above criteria are still captured, tagged for nurture and routed to an email/text sequence.

I’ll give you access to our current campaigns, brand assets and a direct line to the sales manager so you can pressure-test the workflow.
